CUSTOMER DURATION AND OPERATING HOURS

• Cleaning services frequency from 1 time per month to 7 days per week

• We offer janitorial services during normal business hours and after hours. Also, we offer daytime office cleaning for customers who prefer it at no additional cost.

METHODS OF CLEANING

• Emptying trash containers.

• Dust furniture, picture frames and surface area.

• Clean office partition glass and mirrors. 

• Vacuum carpeted areas.

• Dust window ledges, blinds and baseboards.

• Sweep and damp mop floors.

• Complete restroom services including sanitizing toilets, sinks, urinals, stalls, doors and walls. 

• Kitchen Cleaning, floors, counters, and appliances (Deep cleaning of Ovens, Refrigerators, and Cabinets at additional cost).
• Fluff and fold laundry service with select options of detergents (pickup/delivery fee and $1.25 per lbs of laundry).
