MORTUARY SERVICES

Removals

Removals include mortuary to mortuary transfers, mortuary to cemetery transfers, residential calls, convalescent homes, hospital calls, hospice and nursing homes, coroner offices, cremation transfers, airport pickup and deliveries, casket pickup and deliveries, flower pickup and deliveries.

Prices

Removals are $125 base

  

Removals are $125 base rate & $25 for additional transporter

  

· $75 additional fee for oversize pickups (300 lbs plus)

· $175 Funeral Attendant

· $100 Crematory Delivery or pickup 

· $100 flower van runs pickups and deliveries

· $125 for coroner office delivery or pickup

· $125 airport pickup and deliveries ($25 additional if in casket or oversize)

· $25 Wait fee 30 minutes after arrival to house call and every 30 minutes after

Mileage

$2.00/mile outside of 25

Payment Policy

A.J.S. has adopted the following terms for payment of transportation and/ or rental expense.

Services Agreement

Payment is due in full the day of service unless you have an account with A.J.S.


Invoices are sent out after services are provided. Payment is due in full within 14 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received 21 days after invoice a 1.5% service fee will be added to the unpaid balance and will repeat every 30 days.  


Returned Check Fee


You will be assessed a returned check fee of $50 each time a check is returned by our bank for any reason.

 

After 90 days

In the event that full payment is not received within 90 days of the due date and other arrangements have not been made to pay this account, it will be turned over to legal counsel and pursued by all legal means. Any and all expense relating to legal collection fees will be added to the unpaid balance.


A.J.S. reserves the right to require transportation expenses to be paid in full prior to providing any services.


For your convenience we accept cash, check, credit/debit or purchase of money orders.

A 2.9% + $0.30 increase will be added to your invoice to cover transaction fees. Please contact us if you choose to use this form of payment and we will provide you with your updated invoice balance. Thank You
